Window frame replacement
In Voorburg, we recently started a follow-up project. Two years ago, we replaced the first-floor window frames with new ones fitted with HR++ double glazing. This time, it was the ground floor’s turn. We replaced the existing window frames with hardwood frames, manufactured to match the original dimensions and detailing exactly. They were finished in the existing colours to preserve the character of the property. The frames were prefabricated in our workshop and then installed on site.
Insulation, plastering and painting
We are currently busy insulating, plastering, and painting the interior side of the solid brick exterior walls. In addition, we are constructing a new partition wall in the garden. Great progress on site and another step closer to the final result!
Dental Practice Renovation Lassus Tandartsen
On Lassusstraat, we renovated a dental practice while treatments continued as usual. Thanks to careful planning and close coordination with the team, the work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. We completed painting works, manufactured and installed hinged secondary glazing, and ensured a clean, high-quality finish throughout. The result is a fresh and well-maintained space that perfectly reflects the professional image of Lassus Tandartsen.
Transformation of Dental Practice TandInzicht
In the basement level on Middendreef in Lelystad, we recently completed a full transformation: the new TandinZicht dental practice. This was a special project that started with a completely empty space. Based on the designs by Binnenwerk Interieurprojecten B.V., we worked step by step toward creating a modern, functional, and welcoming practice. The entire layout was redesigned – from treatment rooms to a brand-new reception area. To ensure optimal calm and privacy for patients, all internal walls were constructed using sound-insulating materials. The window frames, doors, and glazing also contribute to excellent acoustic performance.
Home Renovation in Schiedam
This home in Schiedam is undergoing a complete transformation. All façades are being insulated, high-performance insulating glazing is being installed, and the floors are upgraded with additional insulation. On the ground floor, we are installing underfloor heating by Uniwarm, providing enhanced living comfort. In addition, we are constructing an entirely new stairwell and renewing the complete central heating, electrical, and plumbing systems. With this renovation, we are preparing the home for the future — offering greater comfort, a modern appearance, and more sustainable energy performance.
Transformation of Manegeplein in Haarlem
Together with interior architect Juul Janssen, we are nearing completion of this unique project. For this project, we chose genuine sawn brick slips. These were carefully applied to an existing wall, after which the joints were finished with a custom mix of cream-colored sand and cement mortar. In addition, all walls throughout the home have been smoothly plastered and painted in the selected colors.
Renovation of a Municipal Monument
The renovation work focused on the interior of the home, including the bathroom and kitchen. In addition, the ground floor was insulated using high-quality insulation materials. The crawl space was thoroughly cleaned, after which a new ventilation system was installed.
Along the exterior walls, insulated lining walls were constructed on the inside, finished with 10 mm OSB boards and plasterboard. Around the window frames, new window reveals were installed, complete with architraves carefully replicated to match the original detailing.
It is a rewarding challenge to preserve the historic details while incorporating the latest techniques. Striking the right balance between old and new is always our priority.
Complete Renovation in Voorburg
In this project, we fully renovated the home from top to bottom.
From floors to ceilings and from kitchen to bathroom, every element was carefully addressed and renewed. With close attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials, we transformed the house into a modern, comfortable, and sustainable living space that fully reflects the client’s wishes.
Renovation Dental Practice Lassus
We are grateful for the opportunity to have fully renovated the dental practice of Lassus Tandartsen at 132 Keizersgracht in Amsterdam.
The spaces have been reorganized more efficiently, allowing for the addition of an extra treatment room. Comfort levels have been upgraded in line with 2024 standards. The layout was meticulously designed and detailed by Binnenwerk Architecten.
In addition, the window frames and glazing were supplied and installed by QbiQ Wall Systems. All furniture was provided by Cornelissen Praktijkinrichting. We would like to thank all partners involved for this excellent collaboration.
Façade Restoration
The Hague
In The Hague, we fully restored an old façade with timber cladding. In addition, we renovated the rear of the property, installing a beautiful sliding door system that provides access to the roof terrace.
